RECIPE OF MEXICAN BURRITOS




  • 2 flour pancakes per person
  • ½ kilogram. of minced meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 60 gram. of mozzarella cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


PREPARATION OF MEXICAN BURRITO



Start by peeling and washing the onion well under tap water, so that your eyes will cry less.

Then the picas along with the garlic cloves, also peeled, and put them to fry in a pan with a little olive oil.

While you are chopping the peppers into strips and the tomatoes, you cut them into quarters and pass them through the crusher to obtain a natural tomato sauce.

When the onion is golden, add the peppers and let them sauté for five more minutes.

Salpimienta the meat to your liking and when the peppers are a little done add it. Stir well and after about five minutes add the tomato sauce you have prepared. Re-stir and finish for another 10 minutes.

Spread out the flour pancake and add a little stuffing, top with parmesan cheese and roll up. Do the same until you finish filling all the pancakes or you stay without filling and enjoy.
